After completion of the booking process, the fee paid for the course cannot be reclaimed by the customer. If the customer cannot attend the course, there is no right to reclaim the fee.
In case of illness of the trainer, a substitute will take over the course. In the event that a class is cancelled by the trainer due to illness, the cancelled hours will be made up beyond the official end of the course.
Nach Abschluss des Buchungsvorgangs, kann das für den Kurs entrichtete Entgelt von der KundInnen nicht zurückgefordert werden. Kann die KundInnen nicht am Kurs teilnehmen, entsteht kein Anspruch auf Rückforderung des Entgelts.
Im Krankheitsfall der Trainerin, wird eine Vetretung für den Kurs übernehmen. Im Falle, dass eine Klasse kranksheitsbedingt durch die Trainerin ausfällt, werden die ausgefallenen Stunden über das offizielle Kursende hinaus nachgeholt.
